What Happens After Your Purchase

Delivery Scheduling

  • Our Logistics Team will contact you within 48 hours after your purchase to arrange your delivery.
  • Standard delivery is normally completed within 5–7 working days.
  • During promotional or peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
  • We will always offer you the earliest available delivery date.

Free Delivery

  • In-store purchases above Rs10,000
  • Online purchases above Rs5,000
  • Orders below these thresholds are subject to a delivery fee of Rs600.

Professional Assembly

  • Let our experienced team assemble your furniture for only Rs575, so you can simply sit back and enjoy your new purchase.

Not Yet Ready

  • If your home is still under construction or renovation, we can deliver your furniture in its original packaging. When you're ready, we'll return to assemble it for Rs2,000.

Planning Your Delivery

Free Storage

  • We offer complimentary storage for up to 45 days.
  • After this period, storage is charged at Rs100 per day.
  • Long-term storage is charged at 5% of the purchase value per month.

Changing Your Delivery Date

  • If your plans change, simply let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
  • Same-day postponements incur a rescheduling fee of Rs1,800.

Delivery Address

  • Please provide your complete and accurate address when placing your order.
  • Address changes should be communicated at least 72 hours before delivery.
  • Changes requested on the delivery day require rescheduling and incur a fee of Rs1,800.

Keeping In Touch

  • Before and on delivery day, our team will contact you by WhatsApp, SMS or phone call.
  • We recommend providing a secondary contact number so we can always reach someone.

Getting Your Home Ready

Someone Must Be Home

  • Please ensure that a responsible adult is present to receive and inspect the delivery.

Help Us Deliver Efficiently

  • Keep vehicle access clear.
  • Prepare the assembly area.
  • Our team does not move or dismantle existing furniture.

Safety First

  • For everyone's safety, our team only uses doors, staircases and lifts.
  • We do not use balconies or unsafe lifting methods.

Upper Floors

  • Is your lift not working, unavailable, or inaccessible?
  • Are the stairs narrow or difficult to use?
  • Please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your delivery.
  • We may be unable to proceed with the delivery and a new delivery date may need to be arranged if not informed.
  • Deliveries to the third floor or above, or to locations with limited access, require additional manpower and are subject to a Rs2,500 service fee.

Before You Sign

Please take a few minutes to inspect your furniture before signing the delivery note.

  • Check that all items have been delivered.
  • Ensure the furniture has been assembled correctly.
  • Report any concern immediately to our delivery team.

Receiving your items in KIT

DIY ASSEMBLY

  • If you believe fittings or components are missing, notify us within 3 WORKING DAYS.
  • Requests after this period may be subject to additional charges.
  • Please check every panel, fitting and accessory before accepting the product.

NEED ASSEMBLY ASSISTANCE?

  • If you require assistance after your delivery or collection done in kit, our team will gladly help.
  • Assembly assistance is available for Rs1,800.
  • Additional charges may apply if replacement parts are required due to accidental damage.
